Shipping policy
Shipping Area We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time All items are made-to-order and manufactured through our production partner. Please allow approximately 7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Rush production may be available for an additional fee — contact us at risetteco@gmail.com before ordering if you need your item sooner.
Shipping Time Once your order ships, it travels via USPS. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- USPS First Class: typically 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority: typically 2–3 business days
- USPS Express: typically 1–2 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees, and are separate from the ~7 business day production time above. Total time from order to delivery is typically production time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. USPS delivers to the address you provide, including P.O. boxes — please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we're unable to redirect packages once production begins.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package is marked "delivered" by USPS, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed in transit (not yet marked delivered), contact us at risetteco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
