It’s so easy to get lost in the transition of seasons. Navigating between them can often feel like a challenge, especially when it involves switching from the ease of summer outfits like shorts and tanks to the structured layers of fall, with trench coats and jeans. The inbetween always ushers in a paradoxical state of wardrobe limbo, and that familar phrase of ‘nothing to wear’ despite your closet saying otherwise. This brought us to thinking how seasons are really about a feeling – feeling more comfortable as the weather cools down, feeling nostalgic to the crisp in the air – the same goes for dressing, it’s a feeling.
With early fall, it brings a sense of relief and that comfort translates to our wardrobe. With more layers to balance the 60-degree mornings with the 85-degree afternoons — brings more variety to our outfits. Seasonal transitions are our favorite time to experiment with getting dressed. It’s an invitation to to really feel the temporal shift, and embrace the liberating act of dressing not just for the weather, but for the sheer joy of it.
