Let’s Talk About Self-Love

Self love is a term used in many different ways. From encouraging us to improve our dialogue with ourselves to an excuse to practice indulgence. Self love is always a great reason to read self help books, exercise, rest, recover, speak kindly to ourself, and practice awareness to better know ourselves. Of course better knowing ourself is a wonderful path towards better understanding others, a cycle that continues to grow from both sides.

 

What’s the point? As we come up on Valentines Day, let’s find an area of self appreciation and see the outpouring of those benefits to our loved ones! A kinder self dialogue often translates to a kinder dialogue with others. An increased self awareness pays off as we are in tune to how we express and interact with our partner. Exercising may bring a brighter mood and outlook with obvious pluses for your loved one.

 

Care for the one you adore by caring for the one they adore. Find an area to bring some true love to your own life and discover that blossoming into expressed love for your love.
